I figured I would post up some photos from my duck and goose season since it was rather special to me. I spent the first half in Michigan before moving down to Missouri just in time for their opening Duck Season, I took alot of pictures of our successful hunts, but the ones of the scenery are the real reasons I return to the field time and time again. I am by no means a professional photographer, the pictures were taken with a 4 year old digital camera....Click on them, it will show them full size, Figured it would help with some guys upload times......

Hope everyone enjoys them and it gives them the itch to get out in another 8 or 9 months :D

Yea I'll tell ya what,
There is nothing more gratifying than getting to introduce someone to waterfowl hunting who never had a family member or someone close to them that could take them. If it weren't for a friend I had back in HS and College, I don't think I would be a waterfowl a holic like I am today....

Even if someone doesn't hunt, they can get a HUGE appreciation for Waterfowl. My Girlfriend doesn't hunt, nor does ANYONE in her family, but I took her to a DU banquet a few weeks ago in Jeff City, MO and she has seen me come home with a car full of birds, and low and behold she really acts interested in it. Not that she would EVER hunt, but tommorrow she asked if she could go to the Missouri Deer Classic with me! And just from her being around me, her brother is interested now that she lives with here in Como....

I think this is the reason I love this site the most...absolutely awesome pictures! It's great to see what other hunters see when they are in the field! Nice job BigR.

thanks alot I appreciate it! If my digital camera wasn't broken i would be getting some leisure pics up there that I have seen lately......

When I hunt, its almost just as exciting to me to see awesome scenery that it is to get a full limit...or to see the excitement of someone to bag something for the first time ever or for the first time for a long time.....
