I figured we could get this started and see when these things really start movein north. Theres quiet a few here for only being 12 as a high for today but i think there was about 8000 out there today probly more than that. that was only one field.

Im above you a little, still in that green area but I dont see many snows around here. Nothing so far and last year I saw them for a couple days but that was it.

personaly i wouldnt pay a dime to hunt one of them things but i try to hunt for free but its getting to where money speaks and nothing esle matters

Found it on Google....was looking up banded snowgeese......on page like 4 or 3 or 5 i unno....its in there somewhere........

i saved a copy of it to the HD shoot me a PM and ill Email it to you.......

guys here in central IL we are starting to get a few birds i asked 3 farmer to hunt b4 the 4th finaly would let me go and i went out with the cow decoy and shoot one but i did it all wrong got a deff game plan for next time on them. but they are starting to moe north a lil.

they wont be up hear anytime soon. everything is still froze over. i bet they will go until they see the snow line or freezing line, and then they will stop for a while.

I spent about an hour working along the banks of the Missouri River and saw a few thousand Canada's, but no Snows.....

Drove through the 5,000 acre refuge I work at and saw only about 50 ducks, when normally it should be about 30,000 right now.

It's safe to say they won't be here until everything unthaws, although I hear Southeast, MO are starting to pick a few up.....
