You could call it depressed. The last several years Ive seen lots of yellow collars and a few plain bands. This year nothing has stood out but i havent looked very hard. Our of that many geese there are bound to be a feww bands. I also learned that they band the locals on a CA. :D

Thats exactly how are campus lake looks but more. Its sad I walk by them everyday and they just laugh

Yeah i was toying around with my compound bow... not reallt. I was thinkin about fufu arrows but couldnt find any. The nieghbors hate them and i think i hear them shootin at them. They all are starting to fly out to fields right now. Mixed in with the geese i saw a bunch of bluebills and mallards. I was told we have a few swans out there to but that could be BS. Forget 22, they fly out at about 12 yards on nasty days...Im thinking more of a slingshot or a stick :lol:

Similar scene on my campus lake too and about 1 in 8 are banded, even some double bands here and there. I sit in class and cant pay attention because I here them going nuts. I think thats a good enough excuse for me to be able to shoot them.

The day I got my new Benelli my dad walked out the back door and there was a mallard about 20 yards from the back door of my house.
