Finally !!!!

Got home from work yesterday and my dad had the boat all ready ton go he said he found the geese . So we went to the swamp and set the floaters out about 4:30 had a single come in and dusted him. Half hour later 3 flew right in to the dekes blasted them, and right before shooting hours were over got 2 more . Picked up all the dekes and stared to head back to shore and geese came in from everywhere. Heard some up in the field by the swamp hope to get in there some time soon.

awsome!!! where in pa are you is it any where nere cabelas. new york did not have that grate of a season but it finised up strong could of used a little bit colder weather good luck huntin!!! :)

Depending on what zone you are in....

Here are the seasons for the zones I hunt:

SJBP Zone:
Sept. 1 - 24 (8 per day)
Nov. 12 - Dec. 31 (2 per day)
Jan. 16 - Feb. 15 )5 per day)


RP Zone:
Sept. 1 - 24 (8 per day)
Nov. 15 - Nov. 26 (5 per day)
Dec. 9 - Feb. 15 (5 per day)

You guys think your jonesen? Our seasin has been closed for over a month. I'm hoping I can afford to do Snows. But, we have a tentative opener date of 9/30/06. I'm hoping that it is the date, and we stay open till the end of december, there are a $hiot ton of birds still here.

We're still banging birds...a few here and a few there. Birds are tough right now...like hunting residents...you are hunting the same birds over and over again.

We'll be after them again on Saturday....we'll see how that plays out!!! I hope we get some weather Friday, Friday night, and Satruday morning...that will help!!!!

HI my name is steve and im a waterfowl-aholic. DNR closed my season early. Is it bad that if i hear ducks or geese in the back ground of a tv show and start lookin around?????? Also i have been known to lay in the finisher and watch tv :shock:

Hi my name is Jeff, and I am hopelessly obsessed with and addicted to Goose hunting, Just yesterday I was in an Ice REscue course, and one of the training films showing a rescue sceneria had geese in the back ground that I spent more time watching than the rescue, could someone please help me. :lol:
