Looks like you boys had a great hunt with a mixed bag of birds. Probably can't kill that many ducks at the airport, can you?? What's with the guy on the bottom right of the photo. The way he is grinning I would guess his waders are full of warm water!!!!

Nice job and congrats on the birds Chris. We were up there for the opening weekend and I could not believe when I went over the bridge on Rte 3 over Salmon River. Incredible amount of water.

I wasn't referring to any specific airport. I have heard stories of how the Air Force and commercial airports hire people to rid their respective areas of birds that may fly into the intakes of aircraft and cause engine failure. You know...Preventing the kind of thing that made Capt. Sully Sullenberger famous. I thought that some of the guys in the photo may have heard these stories. I wasn't suggesting that anyone cary a shotgun within miles of an airport unless they want to live in a cramped cell at Leavenworth. It was a feeble atempt at an inside joke, thats all.

APHIS which iss a division of the usda has contracts at JFK,and NIagra Airports to use leathal force on certain avian species to deter them from flying over the runways and into certain areas of the airports im pretty sure this is done in other states as well
