HPH call

Was does anyone think about the high plians honker call.

i blew one at my local gander mountain a month or so back and i liked it, real close to my SMH. felt a little wierd to hold, but thats just me. never picked one up before. it was a very nice call really cool style lines :D

I got one and love it. It's seems a little higher pitched (louder) than my SMH but, just as easy to blow. Stop into a store and play a few notes to see what you think.

I have the HPH in Burnt Hedge. Very low and mean! Awesome on the water and great for finishing 'em in the field.

My go to call day in and day out in the field. I also use one in comps.

Very responsive, quick, good high end crack as well as low end murmurs...it is a bit higher in pitch than the SMH, but a lot of that can be fixed with tuning. All around goose killing call my man!!!!

Ive got one and I love it I dont think you would be dissapointed with it.

I have the hph and sm and the SHOWTIME. The hph was the first foiles call i got, it is a good call, realy good for fast calling. I love whalin on that thing( fast cluckin). even though i have 3 foiles calls. the hph is still very affective in my arsonal of calling.

its an awesome call i have one and like it its real easy to blow.... only problem i have is when if trying to do soft clucks or honks it gets a lil hard to break the reed

can you tell difference between the wood and the acrylic?

Big differance acrylic is more sharp and the wood is more low end and super goosy.

this may sound stupid but if you had to choose between one, what one would you choose. wood or acrylic?

I played with one last fall before early goose season. I want to get the call but also needed to remeber why I wanted that call. Thanks for the input.It is a tough decision between the wood and acyrlic.Actually any call mixed with the 2 is a great call.
