Motion deeks in NY?

Do any of you guys know if electronic motion decoys are allowed in NY?

i use them and i live in new york, i belive there allowed if there not i am really lucky.

i was curious since i am goin on a guided hunt there next year for geese along the St. Lawrence but i got the rest of the afternoon to do my own duck hunting.

We use motion decoys every once in a while in ny and have been checked by a DEC officer and he never said anything, so i'm pretty sure they are legal

YES...you are allowed to use mojos in NY. There may be certain areas (WMA, Refuges, etc.) where they are not allowed....your best bet would to consult the game regs for the area you are hunting.
