Does anyone have any ideas on how to make a new set of wings for a mojo duck without dropping $25-$30.

I think it would probably be easier and cheaper just to buy new wings from MOJO.

Made mine out of a old seed corn sign that we use for test plots! traced pattern and cut it out glued a nail in for the metal stud! I have a baby mojo and the wings were made out of the same material.

The Baby Mojo is made of Jenny Vein plastic, so that would work, however I think the big mojo is made out of sheet metal.

Your avatar photo is neat. The original of that photo may be my favorite goose picture ever. Post the original picture so the boyz can see how awesome it is.

if you've go the wing posts, (the part that the wings screw down on) you could cut them out of thin tin or aluminum or you could make them out of corugated board.
