Rob:
I have heard the same thing...but haven't been able to confirm it yet.
I have no idea what happened with the Zink thing....if anything.
well, I just saw on Avery's board that some Pro-Staffers confirmed that they saw Sean with Jeff and Mark and the boys down in Stuttgart and that ..yes he is with Foiles Staff now.....
maybe I'll see him in Chicago this weekend

I talked with Jeff, Mark, and Big Sean down at Stuttgart and it's true...Big Sean is now part of Team Strait Meat. BTW...Thanks to Mark and Jeff...I really appreciate it.

I wouldnt jump to thinking there is bad blood between Zink and Sean, sometimes people need a change to motivate them to reach a new goal. This business is like musical chairs sometimes and most everyone still gets along.

I'm not jumping to conclusions...it just seemed strange.....that's all
like you said...maybe he just needed a change...
either way, glad to see him on our side...
krees your absolutely right, it's too bad Jeff doesn't follow that advise.
Seems when guys look elsewhere he's a little bitter, probably more than a little and alot more than bitter.

I took a look at Fred's site, and Sean is not listed on it anymore. NOthing about it on Jeff's site yet.
Jeff
Well, hopefully you knew before bringing him on.
Best of luck Sean,

Guest, if Jeff seems bitter when someone from the Pro-Staff quits he most likely he has a right to. It's not just the fact he is loosing a good caller but he is loosing someone he has a lot of time into, helping them with there calling but a financial investment in them as well. The caller has most likely received several calls/reeds shirts, hats, meals, motel rooms paid for,and possibly pay out for winning a contest and in many cases a friend. Loyalty is pretty hard to come by these days, just look around the industry and you'llsee what I mean. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, but the loyal ones will turn the sprinkler on and wait things out. Johnny McDonnell
True, hats and a few calls are cute. But, it doesn't put food on the table. In all fairness most don't get in the game to make a bunch of loot. The only guys who are really making the cash are the call-makers themselves. Prostaffer's are the guys who keep the cash rolling in for the call maker.
What I was referring to is the apparent contempt that is associated with a Foiles pro-staffer exploring other opportunities. Loyality/friendship- if a call maker has a ton invested (from a friendship or teaching point of view) in a prostaffer chances are they would 1. wish that person all the best, or 2. do whatever they could to keep them. Pretty selfish of a call maker to get pee'd off...didn't most call maker's prostaff at some point? If Jeff was still prostaffing there would be no Foiles calls. What is wrong with others graduating from their apprenticeship?

Turn on the sprinkler and wait it out, thats a good one Grinder, looks like you are on your game today.
Bottom line, what comes around goes around & Foiles shouldn't be bitter at all.
PMD
P.S. turn off your sprinkler...not gonna accomplish much in the winter.

So easy to critisize hiding behind "guest" status. That wont be available much longer. Enjoy it while you can.

kelly get that guest out of hear. We dont need any bad mouthing
Krees what a juvenile response....and from the site administrator to boot. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. I may have misunderstood, I thought hunting forums were for the discussion of hunting & hunting related topics.
I posted my point of view and a question. Period. Open for discussion. And I get a half-jacked lame "quit hiding behind guest status" for a response? Your mentality speaks volumes of the poor respresentation of Foiles calls, which I have multiple of...but I've also purchased my last after visiting this site.
I have not REregistered because: a. it is a waste of time when the forum is on/off line, b. I have no tolerance for this- Krees' views are gospel. Give me a break. c. In today's world I'm very careful who has access to my computer address....this is a very good example of why.
As I said before, good luck Sean on your new venture...seems like your talents & possibly a day-care license will go a long way in your new position.

Hey king - I don't know about you but I don't know too many Doc's that are comp callers. Sounds more like PMD knows a little bit about the business. I would have to agree with him on Kellys response. Surely a pro staff and admin can come up with a more professional response then that? :(
How long are you going to leave that ugly phpbb logo up in the corner kelly?

So Paul has a PHD, I have a ton of letters after my name also. Whoopty Doo. Who Cares, now lets all just get a long, and talk hunting and calling.
I am glad to see Sean wear the the Team Strait Meat shirt. I don't understand the jealousy or need to talk down to others on this site. Kelly has done a fine Job administering this site, you must remember this is not his only job.
Paul sorry to hear you feal this way about Foiles and his calls, and that you will not be buying anymore, no worries though I will probably buy your share too.
Jeff
Oh if you google me you will find where I am a famous nashville producer, but only because my distant cousin and I have the same name, could this be your case too?

Juvenile response? I simply stated a fact. If you want to stir the pot sign up so you can take a little responsibility for your actions. If I wanted to post a juvenile response I would have posted your name and the address of every place you logged in from. Your IP gets logged wether you register or not.
This forum is for discussing HUNTING and HUNTING RELATED topics. How is this related to either? How is this topic beneficial to anyone?
I dont understand why you are offended, you walked in with a match and jug of gas...I'm just trying to keep the fire under control.
As far as the forum being up and down, it was down once. My views gospel? If that was the truth why havent I deleted this thread and banned you?
GDG...sorry been busy hunting geese. I'll get the graphics taken care of.
Bottom line: This forum was not set up to be a daytime drama. Theres enough of that out there already...if you feel the need to participate in that kind of stuff theres plenty of other forums that tolerate it.
