Snow goose caller systems

does any one know were to get a snow goose caller like Mike C makes out in nebraska. It is pimp, it has amblance speackers and tons of stuff on like amps and it runs of a car battery. If anyone knows were to get one that geese can here a least 3 miles away let me know.
