I am new to this calling business and have a simple question. What is the smh canada world champ call? What is different about it than say the showtime?

Totally different call design. Both calls are perfect for the stage.

i think the showtimes insert is bored lots more,,showtime yes it has a comp insert,, i mean its a comp call,,mainly what it was built for.

the canadian champ is a SMH with a comp insert, the showtime is a all out contest call ,very large bore and insert. guy's are using the showtime in the feild with great results. hope this answers your technical question.

I agree with Barry. The Showtime has to be the best contest call I have heard. As for using it in the field, I bought my Showtime last Wednesday and Saturday I got to hunt in the afternoon and killed 4 geese with it. I cant believe how easy it is to use. Without a doubt my fav. Foiles call.

did you get 'em close enough to just smack 'em ont head with the call or did you have to throw it at them?? :shock:

i smacked them on the head with it just to knock them out that way they stayed fresh until i got them home :lol:
