smh brass insert

i was given a new smh coco for christmas this weekend the reed tone board all fell out of the call the brass ring that holds them just came out of the wood..

what kind of glue do they use really like the call and want it fixed right any thoughts?

i have fixed several of them. use the fast set archery glue. but dont take to long to put it in position coz it drys real fast. and holds forever.....or if you dont want to do it you can send it to the shop. good luck.........................Randy

thanks for the advice i was thinking super glue but i did know how it would do when the wood started to swell from being wet?

finally starting to get the call figured out after driving the wife nuts blowing it around the house.

had a great weekend huntin with it till the the reed fell out but atleast i found it and finished the day out.

I did that with my sons and they called me back and said they can not do that anymore due to the fact they dont make those anymore but we will be glad to give you a brand new insert. Got the call back and a week or two later he traded the call because it didnt have the same sound that he loved out of full coco. I would do wat randy suggested with the archery glue!

if you still have that coco call give us a call...we have all cocabola SMH's in stock....if we can't fix your insert we will replace it

Rascal i do have the call and would be happy to return it to get it all fixed up. i will give the shop a call
