mlgorecki, trust me ya don't gotta worry about that. We let Al slide on that test, cause we knew he wouldn't pass it, even if it was just to bench the bar (45 lb.) once. :lol: Just joshin ya al -Derek Manser.

mlgorecki, you have to bench about 250. i usually bench about 260, but 275 on a really good day. :wink:

honk, you can be in if you want but im not going to force you, i mean you did invite us to canada to kill all your birds.

iowagooser, i guess you can be in, but i have one more question for you? do you kill birds?

when i was in high school it weighed 45, but to tell the truth on a good day i can bench the bar. :D :D :D

even though i cant lift a lot doesnt mean that they dont call me The Buffet Destroyer! The Main Meal Bashing Monster, and the garbage disposal for no reason. i own the dinner table, and still way an amazing 155.
