Went out today to see what the geese were doin, and play in the mud a little. Everywhere we went we saw geese, I cannnot believe how many geese are here in Kansas. I wish they would give us one more week for canadians. Anyways we ended up shooting seven snow geese and I got my first band. Oh yeah we also had some fun in the mud. Ford Power!

Oldschool, im waiting on a call from my buddies in warwick for snows, they have called me twice now but its been really short notice....next time they call is supposed to be at least 2 days before the hunt, its a 125$ for the day, but its a 1000+ GHG FB spread, so its serious...you want me to give you a shout when i get the call, its right here in our area man, and ive been seeing snows everyday since this front hit us.......

If you google "bird banding" a site is listed by USGS and it will let you report it online. It will tell you almost instantly where the bird was from. The site requires an active E-mail address, band number and some other required info. Give it a try and let us know what they tell ya'
