They are awesome.

I bought a Mutt Hut about six weeks ago and had to send it back, twice actually. Regardless of how reputable a product may be, once in a while you get unlucky and wind up with a bad one. I really liked the Hut, as did Scout, so I was willing to stick it out with FA.

I called them up yesterday, ready for some verbal battle over the phone. I never had a chance to deliver my rehearsed speech after explaining the problem. I don't feel comfortable describing exactly what they did in order to rectify the situation for fear of someone possibly taking advantage of them. I'll just say that they (Kolpin) really went above and beyond in terms of taking care of me.

I can clearly see why Jeff swears by that company because they ROCK!!!

I sent them an email about 2 weeks ago, and have yet to hear back from them :cry:

Emails are not always the BEST way of trying to take care of business! However convenient it may be at the time there is still something to be said about picking up the phone and making a phone call! You loose that personal contact with emails... and it is easier to explain a certain situation in person per say then trying to have to figure it out in written form.

I know if I hadn't heard from someone after a couple of days I would be on the phone trying to figure out what's going on and how I could help them with the situation!

Agree with you on the phone part. It wasnt really a major thing just a small complaint, only problem I have ever had with them, there are still very high in my book so all is well.

that's good to hear....i need to call them this week as I had several of the seat snaps break on my S.U.B.'s.....i was hoping they'd send me some new snaps so I don't have to do some make shift engineering
