been killing the birds down here in southern illinois in crab orchard, started on thursday afternoon and been hunting non stop till today (tuesday) thursday night shot 9 shovelers 1 gadwall (2 guys) friday night 9 shovelers (3 guys) saturday night 1 gadwall (3 guys) sunday all day killed 24 ducks, 10 gadwall, 7 greenwings all drakes, 4 mallards, 2 shovelers and 1 hoody ( 5 guys) awesome day, monday night 1 bluebill, tonight 1 hen mallard, my first ringneck and decided to blaze into some coots and got 3 (4 guys) but no geese, but crab is in the southern illinois quota zone so cant shoot geese after 3 so it kinda sucks, but overall thought its been pretty good down here, but done till saturday when i go home for xmas break and start shooting em up in lasalle county
