We take a boat to where we hunt and then get out and build a temp blind on the bank of the marsh and sit in the water with marsh stools. I was wondering though, are any layout blinds available that are waterproof in a bout 18" to 24" inches of water. We don't really see alot of people hunting out of layout blinds down south, but I was thinking they'd workout great if they are waterproof. Heard of something called a neotub?...what is that? Any suggestions on what brand and style would be great. Thanks in advance!!

I know they have neo tubs for Avery Blinds and Water moccasins for FA gear. However Im not sure whether they will withstand 18-24" of water. Your blind would have to be more that 24" tall to withstand that deep of water. Most of the blinds arn't 2 ft tall. Just my .02 cents.

The Neotubs for the Finsher, Migrator, and Fit The FA Eliminaor blinds only really allow for 8inches of water.....i would say a good layout boat like the Momarsh, or any of the top quality layout marsh boats are what your looking for !!.....just my $.02

That is to deep for layout blinds. Go for a layout boat. I would love to own a Marsh Rat.

Or you could make some sort of stand to put your layoutblind on with the neotub.
