I just purchased a SMM through Cabelas, I got and it had marks on the insert. Looked like teeth marks. Well cabelas wouldn't exchange the call because of their policy with calls.

Well I call up Foiles and Jennifer says you know what we will take care of it. Now that is some customer service.

The guys and girls at the shop have always treated me well...with respect and always willing to help me out!!!

That is one of the reason the only calls on my lanyards anymore are Foiles Migrators. Every ntime I have called for anything, no matter how trivial, they have been friendly and helpful. The first time I went to the shop, I walked in and they don't know me from Adam, but they are like feel free to try any of the calls, and if you wan't you can take them outside and try them, let us know if you want them tuned a little different to see how you like them. Here they are handing you a couple calls worth 300 bucks and sending you outside unsupervised to try their product. I was impressed immediatley, treated you like family.

cabelas wouldnt take it? did you order it? if you diddnt order it i woulda gave that costermer servisce an earfull if you diddnt order it.

Thats the policy everywhere. Cabelas, Bass Pro, Sportsmans, Macks, Scheels, etc. once you leave the store with the call you cant return it. Speaking with a medical background I have seen some sick **** out there and if I got a call that was used by one of those people or you did, it probably wouldnt make your day and it definatly wouldn't make mine. But any ways Foiles should hook you up, if not try to sell it on ebay and get you a new one. Never had a problem w/ foiles CS they are THE BEST in the industry PERIOD.

just wanted to say thanks to jeff and the boys, i had a market hunter that need to be tuned bad, i walked in the hotel at burlington this morring. handed it to jeff and in a min. or so it had new guts and sounded 100percent better. no questions-no charge= a$$ kicken call 8) thanks again felles.
