Just a question I have because my dog will watch a hunting video but will not watch a regular tv show...I dont know if its just in his blood but im hopin he might catch on to em

My dog does the same thing. She will sit there and watch the dogs retrieve the birds and bark and whine. She also has a similar reaction to when there are birds flying on the tv and when they gget shot. But i doubt they can learn from watching hunting productions as much as i'd like to think they can

I just didnt know if it made them wanna get out there just as badily as us or what

Both my Lab and my beagle like to watch hunting shows. I guess it's the bird sounds and the guns going off that they like.

my moms yorkie did that yesterday.... i was watching Chasin the Flight(had it DVR'd).... and he sat down and started watchin it.... then when it got interesting he went up to the tv and started growling..

Well folks.... i think this yorkie likes watching hunting shows....

i went home today and started watching one of the waterfowl shows today. Dog heard them callin and he went up and started smellin the speaker... pretty soon he was watching the ducks flying around on the screen. He watched a few of them fly off the screen then turned and looked at me like whered they go..... It was freakin hilarious.....
