retractor flag [Archive] - Foiles Migrators

i recently purchased a foiles retractor flag, but have seen on the forums where people have trouble w/ them breaking. some have suggested reinforcing it at the stress point w/ electrical tape. where is the stress point so i can prevent this from happening?

Mine broke right where you twist the two halves to tighten them , once you have them extended, Just don't over tighten and it should be fine . I used tape to hold mine together after I broke it but it still works just doesn't retract any more hope that helps

Mine broke in the same spot that you guys are talking about. I would send it back if i were you. I am sure that they would like to know about it and make some changes.

They have had a lot of problems with these flags!!!

Final approach has some on the site but they arent the foiles signature series.
