Has anyone been to Braidwood Lake Hunt Club, just wondering might go there later this year.

i havent been yet but i know a few guys that have and they put the hurtin on the geese up there. fallin skies 3 shows braidwood durin the illinois section of the video. my plan is to go this year as well but it was also my plan to go last year lol :shock:

Ill tell ya you wont be dissapointed. Make sure you go when the birds are there though. This year the birds arrived like they should have and then the majority of them went back north when we had that warm spell. I live only about 40 mins east of braidwood and have some prime hunting ground around that place it is something to remember.

this past season around braidwood was all about timing...ive hunted around there a few times and have definitely done awesome...hopefully next season will not be as sketchy as it was this past season...when the birds are there though you can definitely grind em

I am one of the owners of Braidwood Lake Hunt Club. Like these guys said, it was sort of a weird season. However, when the birds were there, we knocked the heck out of them. When the birds left , we were still shooting decent #s, just not as quickly. We shot over 1000 geese in 2006-07 season. Best thing to do is call and book a date. Yep, me and Terry are planning on being there, should be a good time
