We're still waiting to see pics of your 31 pounder with the 19" beard.

Not yet, I have to the 20th, which is 2 sunday from now. I got to my blind (which was collapsed) late. I have it set just inside the woods from a long clearing where the power lines run. I had it set part way down a ravine, which I know several toms have been roosting. I got there too late, and busted one that was across the clearing and down in the ravine. Another was gobbling on my side of the ravine and stopped before I got set-up. I don't think I busted him, he just got quiet prolly cause he heard me.
I moved my blind further from the gobblers about 30 yards, to the top of the hill. I should be able to sneak in easier that way. I'll be after 'em in the morning. I am headed to my dad's on tuesday, regardless of whether I bag one tomorrow. I'll just go out and call for my dad and let grandma kick my butt in some golf.
But for now, the duck blind is coming off the boat and the trolling motor is going on.....I'm gone fishin'!

Well I had pics, but a school of 60 Great Whites flipped our canoe while we were paddling from Madagascar back to the African mainland.

That's to bad that you couldn't afford a duck boat. Instead of that used canoe.

I was a passenger in the canoe, so he has a witness. But the sharks had huge spurs and beards, so we do have photos of those.
theoldfartredneck, I hope you know this is all in good fun. I just think we are skeptical about you taking a 31 pound turkey with a 19 inch beard because that is record book material. I hope you do shut us up,

Silly rabbit.... everyone knows unicorns on Madagascar don't have beards.... They the only herd in the world that meets that exception. Had you said Kenya... I may have bought it.
Besides, the madagascar season is only open in the spring...

h20, you are right. I forgot about back in the 70's when the Merriam Unicorn sub-species bred with the Osceola Unicorn sub-species and created the "Madagascar Hybrid".

HA HA HA you guys are funny. For some reason most of the pics i see on this sight are from an outfitter or bird farms. You guys should come to ontario to hunt, we don't have to pay any money to shoot birds. We have lots of crown land and farmers land that's what you call hunting or i forgot it to much like hunting or you have work for our birds.

I don't see very many photos on here from outfitters besides the ones that ar coming directly from an outfitter that is a member to this forum, like big sean, goosehansen, and jeff foiles of course. I am pretty sure that if you are on here this fall, you'll see with your own 2 eyes that most of the hunters on this forun hunt private and public land and NOT with outfitters.

Just using you as leverage in my argument, but your welcome. :D I couldn't think of any other outfitters that frequent the forum, so I threw your name into the hat with the big boys. There really aren't very many outfitters and guides on here, mostly just common waterfowlers like myself.
