Hey guys, I just got back from a week of blue hair hunt'n down in the Phoenix area. We got into a couple flocks of some really mature ones, it was great!!! I sure hope F.A. comes out with a Johnny "The Grinder" sinature series "Blue Hair" decoy. In all seriousness, as most of you know there have been some major changes to the Pro-Staff in the last year, months and weeks. My dad has always said nothing ever stays the same, and he really hit the nail on the head about this waterfowling industry. What we are planning on doing is having Big Sean take care of your needs as far as calls, reeds, guts and so forth, I will be dealing with the show schedule, and reimbursements and any complaints you may have. Kelly Rees will be keeping the Pro-Staff page updated and helping out with sending mass e-mails as well as keeping this great web site up and running.

I want to take this time to thank all of you for your help in the promotion of Foiles Migrators. You as Pro-Staffers are such a vital part of the business and we would not be where we are at today if we did not have such a great team. Last year was a great year for FMI. and now that we have joined forces with Final Approach and with the new products that we are coming out with the future is brighter than ever. Brother Grinder...they already have Blue hair decoys. We just use Garden Gnomes and we get covered up in 'em.

Thanks to you guys , i have been on pro staff for several companies, and sometimes the pro staff is the least thought of because they usually don't have to pay for their products, so in a lot of cases they are the last ones who are thought of, Not with Jeff and Foiles Crew, Jeff always gets out what you need in a hurry , I was impressed with the forms you sent me last year for the shows how fast it was, So i say thanks to you guys, Kelley included i think he is doing a great job with the site.

it usually takes a while for him to get back to you over the computer...he's a busy guy....my advise is to give him a call at the shop..he should be there till Friday.......don't call him too early....he'll be turkey huntin'.......lol
