Is there any big differances between an older Meat Cutter and the newer ones :?:

the older ones were pre numbered and had no band at the end of the barrel

It looked like in some of the pictures that the newer ones that have the dog pictures on them have 2 o-rings by the mouth piece, the one I have is numbered but doesn't have the raizin cane logo.
