SBE2 all the way! Never had a problem with mine, frigid temperatures with snow/ice completely covering the bolt, trigger, etc.; not one hiccup. They are a great gun!

If you shoot 3.5"s then a SBEII if not then I would go with the M2 infact I have thought about trading my Gold Hunter in for an M2. But I shoot the Gold Hunter so well and it fits me really good I am just going to stick with it. Now if I could just get the damn thing to not jam a shell every once in a while.

I love my SBE 2 I couldnt imagine hunting without spend the extra money and equip it with sure-cycle inertia return spring and a quality choke tube and you cant go wrong..

Call Chesters in NY to get one (631) 738-6991.....tell them you saw it online here and it counts as an interent sale no sales tax.....I got mine for a couple hundred less than what Cabelas and Gander sell them....and they shipped for free at that time.
Oh yeah!!!! I owned a SBE for 11 years and 3 seasons with SBE2 and would trade it for 2 of any other semi.....

I have had mine for about two weks now, got it brand new and have run about a case of shells through it, haven't cleaned it yet, and have not had a single malfunction. It is a truly awsome gun. The first day out I shot 300 rounds through it over the course of about an hour, and no sore shoulder, my buddy shot 100 rounds through his old 1100 and had bruises
Honestly, it is the smoothest autoloading shotgun I have ever shot, mine is a 26" barrel Max-4 comfort tech SBEII, and it handles great, light weight and just feels right in your hands, when it is shouldered. I don't know why I held out this long to get one now. Buy one you'll fall in love with it the first time you shoot it.
