yea im kind of new at this and i jsut got a pattern master for my SBE II and i ordered the regular one not the long distance one it is ok to shoot 3 1/2's out of this isnt it...

i have one for my sbe and i shoot 3.5 through mine with no problems.

No problem shooting 3.5 out of a pattern master. The PM was developed for larger shot 00B and other "deer" loads. You can use any shot size but just beware that with a smaller shot stream the smaller pellets ie: dove loads, the mor balled up the pattern is. Take your gun and patttern different loads through the gun and see which loads work best.
