how long will I have to wait if I send a call out to have it tuned??? I just seen my reed has a crack in it. Ill try and tune it myself if it takes to long.

Since your somewhat close to the shop, should only be a few days depending on the mail system. Once they recieve your call the guy's usually get right on it and send it back out..

Give the shop a call and see the time frame for sure at 1-866-83-GEESE

I bought it a last year and love it, I moved to an apartment and cant really blow the call in here it sucks I try every chance i can, got the clucks down but just cant get the roll like I can with my flute.

Yes get the dvd! I bought it at a show and learned alot from it.Also i was going to send my call in, Talked with Travis Doxey.He said to send it flat rate proity mail.and then have a paid proity mail evenlope inside with your call,Its a flat rate shipping of $4.50 or so.Each way. Hope this helps
