Hey guys,

Could any of you recommend a duck and goose hunting guide somewhere in Minnesota, preferably anywhere from Central MN south. Im just looking for a place I take my brother to have a good time but not spend a fortune. Any help would be great. Thanks

Cory

My best recommendation is Phil Schmidt of Goose Busters Guide Service. He operates anywhere in the west metro area -- generally where ever the birds are. You can get in touch with him on our site: www.gooserefuge.com. He goes by Dr. Phil. Also, you can check out his site: www.goosebustersgs.com. Phil will put you on the birds and will put them right in your face! He runs a trailer load of custom painted full bodies, and you would be hunting out of layout blinds. He typically only takes a couple guys at a time so you get a more 'personalized' hunt. I highly recommend you check him out. He is inexpensive and it will give you a much better hunt than a service that will put you in a pit with 8-12 other guys. I think he starts booking in August and fills up quick -- so make sure to mark your calender late July and remember to give him a call. Hope this helps.
