What time to hunt

I know this is a wierd question but I can't get out hunting at 3 am and have to wait till 7. would this be okey?

NORMALLY IN OUR AREA GEESE USUALLY DON'T SHOW UP TILL 8:30 OR 9:00 SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL BUT THE DUCKS COME IN AT THE BREAK OF DAYLIGHT. SO I WOULD GUESS YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM!

well, i know here you only allowed half hour before sunrise until half hour before sunset. So 7 is right when the rooster calls here.
