I have replaced some items with FA gear, and will be buying a new SUB this year, for one thing besides being a big fan of Foiles' Calls and Videos, I am also a big fan of the Max-4 pattern (my alias should give that away), and FA has it, plus they make a great product.

FA has got some great products, I have a few FA items, my next layout blind will be a FA sub, but as far as decoys, Bigfoots are what I like.

I am staying with final approach blinds, I have yet to find a more comfortable blind manufacturer. However for the $$$ I would have to pay for bigfoots. FA deeks arnet big enough and I dont think they are worth the price that they sell at. I will support an Iowa Company and buy bigfoot this year, they are rugged and will last seasons. I am undecided on duck decoys however. The GHG ones look great but I havent seen any on the 06' models. The FA ducks are too narrow and I feel from the sky they look small. I cant wait to see what the Bigfoot floater ducks look like. I think I could change my mind in a couple of months when I can get a Cabelas Waterfowl catalog.

I will be using FA products....blinds, accessories, and decoys. My decoys will be a mix of FA and DSDs for geese and a mix of custom painted E. Allens and FA for ducks. I won't be hunting much this year...but it should be ugly when I do get out!!!!!

i think the fianl approach decoys are better than the averys. the nuts on the avery bases would come loose and wouldnt be as sturdy as they should have been. and i think the poses and paint are alot better on the final approach decoys. i bought a bunch so im gonna give them the test this next season.

I see your post in the first part says that you think FA are better, then your last sentece ays your gonna give them a test. So if they are better why do you have to test them?

I also noticed your signatures that say you are a FA pro staff. If you are a FA pro staff I guess i'm just curious as to why you would have Avery anything? Might wanna call FA and tell them that your bio is missing from thier pro staff page as well.

ganderlander1 , not trying to steal your thread but seems as you questioned if people are jumping Averys ship just because Mr. Foiles joined together with FA.

Jezzolo. You were misinformed.... It is Foiles Migrators Pro-Staff "Team Strait Meat" Fianl Approach Pro-Staff.

I have never heard of Fianl Approach, but he never claimed to be part of FINAL Approach. :P

Just messing with everybody now!

foiles just joined with final approach and we all signed a contract with final approach for the prostaff. and everyone is just now coverting from avery to final approach so its gonna take some time to get everything changed over. and about the decoys if u would read closly i said" i think the final approach decoys are better than the averys" so that means that i dont know for sure and thats why i was gonna test them out.

On a side note.... I think the sky is red. But I am going to take off these rose colored glasses when I go outside to test it out.

Wow, I am a real smart a$$ today.

Hey guys I did not mean to put you on the spot about the decoys some people on this site were trying to stir things up I was just wondering if all prostaff members of foiles are prostaff members of final approach. I know the decoys are new so are the blinds I just wanted your opion. I did not realize that some people were going to make you compare everything to avery. When the seasons up let me know how the new foiles series blinds fare I think I am going to buy two or three of them.

all the foiles series blinds are gonna be regular final approach blinds with foiles signature series logos on them. so its not to big of a change. but we'll let ya know at the end of the season how everything held up.
