Favorite Acrylic Colors

What is everyone's favorite acrylic colors

smh= ivory
smm= bourbon/clear or blue/clear
Timber Rattler, I'm not sure trying to decide because I'm going to buy one.

Also one more question, I see in alot of the foiles Video's and alot of his contest callers use the ivory for the goose calls, is there a reason different sound or is it just what they like. Thanks for the help

My SS is Calhound redneck and all the rest of my hunting calls are bourbon and water.

My calls are all different colors, I think my favorite acryllic color is BLack Pearl though.

Mine are:
SMH = Bourban/Water
Meat Cutter = Mallard Green
SMC = Smoke/Black
SMM = Blue/Clear
Timber Rattler = Black Pearl/Smoke
Tundra Saver = Ivory/Blue
Legend = Smoke

Just ordered a Dead Meat Yesterday in Calhoun Redneck
and plan to pick up a HPH in Black/Ivory, and an MH in burnt hedge.
I like to get them all in different color combos.

TR: clear/black and 1 all smoke
SMM: Black/white
MH: Black
HPH: Blue/clear
Legend: blue/red diamond wood/smoke and max4
Grinder: Smoke
Cackler: Black/clear

I got all mine in blue/clear, I really like it, but when you're busy calling and go to grab one you have to stop and look which one you have :cry: . I didn't think of that! I definitely like the Bourban/ water, and my other favorite combo is the all black or black/ ivory.

HPH: All Black But I am liking the new wood

I like most of the colors but I really get worried most about is with the sound of the call but with foiles I can easily tune it in the way I like it and some of the calls mostly the duck are exactly where I want it.

TR- Is Harley Davison color Orange an Black.

purple haze is my favorite but soon to have a ivory/black heartland call which i like the ivory/black color combo

I talked with Jeff about color selection briefly last year during his visit to Sportman's Warehouse in New Berlin, WI, and again with he and some pro-staffers at the Oshkosh DU Event. The consensus was that the color of the call makes no difference - it is a personal preference, but the subject of being able to differentiate calls in the early morning hours was brought up. For this reason, I have made it a point to vary colors so that I can tell at a glance which call is which. I've also put a Call Coozy on the SMH that I carry on my duck lanyard, and on the SMM that is on my goose lanyard. Makes them REAL easy to pick out.

That said:

Lanyard 1 -

SMH - Smoke/Max-4
SMM S/R - Mallard/Clear
SMM D/R - Blue/Smoke
TR D/R - Black/Smoke


Lanyard 2 -

SMH - Smoke/Black
MH - Black
HPH - Clear/Max-4
SMM S/R - Clear/Mallard
