once i tune it up, it should be a sweet call. Really ducky being all wood.

in minnesota we can't really use to many wood calls they ware out right away i mean 4 seasons and all, they don't last longer than 1 year 2 if lucky

It got it today and it ROCKS!!!! It is by FAR the best sounding call I own hands down. It has a gret meow sound and it is very ducky on the low end

4 seasons? Thats a little rediculous haha. See the pleasure of doing business with Foiles though is that if one of his wood calls breaks, call the shop and they will replace the broken portion :)

not literally broken it will swell up and warp so bad after 2 years the call will be no good I had that problem and will not buy anoter wood call. Yes they sound awesome but that is all.

I'm pretty sure he is just referring to the extreme temps of the hot summers and the cold winters warping or wearing the wood faster then in most areas of the country.
