To those that have a Meatgrinder

Hey all,

I am having trouble tuning in my grinder and am just wondering where everyone has their tone board set at, on the curved side of it it says STRAIT MEAT. I was wondering where everyone has theris set at according to that. I hope that made sense and anyadvice will be greatly apreciated.

Mine is set with the (T) just at the top of the insert , If you want I could post a Pic let me know
