Torture

Last night I was out riding around, and I rolled up on a little farm pond, it was full of geese, and full of all the ducks I've never shot, that I want to get, there were drake widgeon, some bull sprig, drake shovlers, and tons of cinnamon teal, As much as I hunt it bugs me that I havent got those ducks, I've missed most of them though :( It's really cool to see all those cool ducks and the geese in one little farm pond, but it was ok, because we shot alot of rockchucks on the mountain! Does this torture all of you guys too????

You know its weird cause during the spring I always see ducks that I never see during the fall like goldeneyes and buffleheads & pintails.They are so thick right now everywhere I go.Makes me angry that I cant get those 3 types,if I were to get the buffleheads and goldeneyes I would have every duck possible besides a BLACK DUCK!!!!!!!!!

It never ceases to amaze me, because I have shot at all of em....but back when I was new to duck huntin, I guess they know I pose more of a threat now...I dumped a drake widgeon this year jump shootin, and shot 2 drake mallards that came out of the creek with him, but he rolled into the creek and got away...I was really tore up about it!

Well guys Killer Miller, Kingkilla, jclasen0124, and I went out skeet shootin yesturday and afterwords we all were hangin out in clasens back yard and had geese landin on top of us. if the geese act like they acted lastnight we should have a great season. Well we were all calling and had about 3 different pair of geese almost land 10 ft from us. Not to mention a Mallard hen that came out of nowhere. We had them circling us and if it wouldnt have been for the dogs outside running around we would of had some close action w/ the geese. This fall is going to be great, everyone is really getting awsome on calling.
