This may be a stupid question...but...do motion duck decoys screw up working geese? It seems that every time we have out our mojo's, the geese just won't work worth a crap, and we've heard that the decoys will flair the geese. So we pull them. Then the duck come in and will or won't work. So we put them back out. Then the geese come in and will or won't work. We killed a ton of geese out of this blind last year, but its sucking right now! I am just perplexed and frustrated with the whole situation. I didn't know if anyone else has experienced a similar situatuion. I really don't put a whole lot of faith in the spinning wing decoy, but if they help...they help (sometimes). I am really wanting to pound on the geese! I've also heard that the spinning wing goose decoys are B.S. True?

well I think they have their times. They work great one day and the next day they seem to flair the birds. If your hunting fields which im guessing you are put the mojos right behind you so you can turn them off when you want, or just buy the remotes for them so you can place the decoys where you want them. Hope this helps but by the way two weeks ago I was hunting water and the mojo was on and geese still landed in the decoys. All the decoys seem to do now is draw the attention to your spread but right when they came out if you didn't have one you weren't shooting ****.
