How can you become part of the Youth Staff if there is so..... :?:

We dont have a "youth Staff" but the place to start is calling the shop and getting a Pro-Staff application and trying to get on the Field Staff.

Kelly, What is the Field Staff? Is it different from the Pro Staff?
