Anyone use or recommend the Cabela's spinning wing system? From the reviews on the website seems like its kind of "Ify." Never noticed Foiles talk about it other than just the Mojo's itself.

I dont know about the decoy itself, but I would recommend checking your game laws, in pa, as with many states, youre not allowed to you decoys that involve motion.
