Hey everyone, I am in the market for a layout boat and do not know how to determine which one to go with.(Mo Marsh?Four Rivers?MLB?Carsten?) If anyone has any layout boat ideas or suggestions please help.
Got my SHOWTIME on Wed. and I can not put it down!!!!!!!!(Great work FOILES)
Thank you, BDOGS
I don't know about the others but I've got two MLB Widgeon duck boats.I like them alot, they draft very shallow, they are sturdy, quality boats.Mark Rongers is a top notch guy as well. They really stand behind their products as well.I unfortunetly decided to sell mine. They are listed here as well as at mightylayoutboys.com. My original intent was to get these boats, and then a fiberglass bass boat.I will not be able to do that now. So I want to sell these boats and go to a jon boat for double duty.If I had my choice I would keep them. The MLB boats are 11ft. 9in. long and 48in. wide. They are rated for 5hp.and are quite nice. But a mud motor on one of these and you could hide in wet grass practically! I also used them on a 3ooo acre lake with no worries.Hope my 2 cents help.
