Not bad, very differnt guts system. All depends who is blowing it, i can usually blow any call out there pretty well, but these are WAY differnt!

Define way different. More air, less air, need more air control?

IDK man, I couldnt get a squeek out of em, but Cory picked it up, and went to town! The mouth piece is sooo short, that you need to present air into the call WAAAY different! Most calls have like 1 1/2 inches of room before the air hits the reed, DRC have like 3/4 inch.

Me and my son both blow death row calls. Very ez to blow and sound great my 9 year old son won the youth state goose and duck at the game fair blowning DRC calls so if a 9 year old can do anybody can and they just came out with a new snowand speck cal which sound awesome. Give cory a call he will hep you out anyway he can. 218.686.6617

Boys they will be cory just got a contract with cabelas they will store wide and in the catalog.

Ive talked to Cory too with the same concerns....buy the call and if you dont like it he will give you your money back

If you cant blow it right away dont worry about it take some time and you will learn.... I think.... at least thats what Ive allways done.

different gut system??? have you ever blown a SS1 or SS2???


I have two of them and love them. The Life Sentence is a deeper call with more overall length and the Short Drop is fast. They both sound great. Plus the apparel is sweet.
