Wearing in new guts

I thought that I had saw the topic on this forum before but couldnt find it . I think it said something about using a shop vac or something. anyone else know any thing about this. or do you just blow your call unitl its wore in.

I've thought about that to, just hooking up a air chuck, a little duck tape and put the air compressor at 20 psi a lettin it go......what do y'all think?
