start of the season

Season just opened in new zealand last weekend .Got 30 mallards 2 shelducks 2 shovler and 6 canadas with my brother on sat 30 mallards on sun 30 mallards 3 shovler on mon .Yesterday went out by my self and only got 4 took my dad today and we got 15.All of them were killed on public land .

i think down there there is an overabundance of ducks for some reason.

There are lots of ducks over here and this year we had a poor breading season .Some years the limit for the opening 2 days is 30 each.I dont bother feeding but lots of people do.So far i have got about 70 myself but most years i would have betwen 100 and 150 .Anytime anyone wants to come over for a hunt they are more than welcome.
