I bought one at the burlington show and why does the barell have the countersink in it.It has a edge not a radius like the one i bought durring the season.Is this a mess up or what please let me now.I will be at waterfall weekend.I can bring both call's with me .not happy with that call not comfortable with it at all mouth piece is unlike the rest of my foiles call's they all have a radius no edge or countersink.Thank you :( :?

I really don't understand what you are saying....so the only advice I can offer is for you to bring to waterfowl weekend and let someone at the shop see if there is a problem with it. If there is indeed a problem, I would think they would be more than happy to make you a satisfied customer. Thanks!!

I understand exactly what you are saying. Although, I can honestly say that of the 3 or 4 HPHs that I have held in hand or blown, all of these calls had the "countersink" as you call it. If there are HPHs out there with the full round mouthpiece, I cannot say that I have seen them. The mouthpiece of my HPH is different from the rest of the Foiles calls. Personally, the change did not affect the comfortability of the mouthpiece for me...but I guess I can see it how it could.

To fix the problem....as Nick said...I would bring the call with you to WWII and talk with the fellas/ladies in the shop and see what they can do for you.
