Just trying to see if anyone else that uses a gun with Dura Touch is having the same issue I am. My gun has dyed a bright yellowish tint where my hands go on the forearm and grip. The intructions in the manual state that you can just clean the dura touch with hand soap and all will be fine. I can't get the color to go back to normal. Its my waterfowl gun and i understand that it will receive wear and tear but this was the first season and it doesnt look so nice anymore because of this. Can anyone else let me know if they have the same issue?
Thanks, Matt

Ya man I have the same Issue. I have had mine for two years and after one month mine and my buddies turned color. I asked the guy at the gun shop and he said something abotu a gas chamber release or something. Didn't really pay much attention to it. Now I just gotta figure out how to get my patternmaster out of the end of it...
Get come Krylon flat finish spray paint .It's your duck gun right? Paint that Sucka.

I have a browning gold and I have the same problem, but the way I look at it is its not affecting the way it shoots and I cover it with may hands when I shoot.

Thats why I chose a black synthethic SBE 2. My dad has a SBE 2, but in the Max-4 finish, and it started to wear and smear after the first season. For the most part, only on the obvious points on the gun, around the trigger and on the forearm. He doesn't care, its not like it is going to make the gun shoot any different.
