i was just thinkin again and wondering if u have to have a patened or tm to name a duck call and sell it,anyone know on this note??????

your best chance would be to contact a lawyer, i dont think you need those things to sell or produce them but itd be a good idea if you want to keep other people from stealing your stuff. I've designed a few products and i have no start up money so they stay on my computer. I'd try to patent these things befor selling them. Good Luck man

well first of all to have a patent you need a working model for the patents office. i dont know about costs but i think a lot has to do with lawyer fees because for guys like me and you the patent contracts and paper work would seem impossible. if you get anything started contact me and we'll get a product line together :wink: :twisted:
