I have a couple SMH and wanted to tune them a bit diffrent. I called the shop and Mark was a big help, but of course I screwed it up and had to send it in. I called and talked to Mark again and he blew my call and tuned it while talking to me to make sure that is what I wanted and also got a few other calls that I was intrested in and blew them as well. To top everything off he got my call, fixed it and next day aired it to me, all in the same day! With this type of customer service combined with great calls I won't be buying anyone else's calls.

That is the reason that I use Foiles Calls Exclusivly. I had that happen to me back in October at the begining of our season, it had a tiny chip that was keeping the reed from folding into the ttone channel. Sent it on a Monday had it back either Wednesday or Thursaday. Also they are the only call maker that I know who has a lifetime gaurentee on their calls. Everyone else has a 1 yr limited factory warranty. Every time I call the shop I get exactly what I want! not some of the song and dances I have gotten before. Keep it up Foiles Migrators, my lanyard is yours!

Foiles customer service is definately top notch, I have never heard a complaint aboujt them yet, and if you ever get to goto the shop, they tune the call right their to your liking, and make sure you are happy with it before you leave. Plus everyone their is friendly, and helpful. Foiles is the only thing on my lanyard now also. gave all the other old calls to my kids, but they have picked out calls from the foiles websight they want now. Talk about proud parental moments :wink:

my buddys and i were talkin about this today in the field. Great customer service. lifetime warrenty, and if the reed cracks theyll fix it up real nice.
