Acrylic or Wood?

Which do you perfer. I like the sound I get out of wood calls. I like the raspy sounds.

I really liked the acrylic when I first started buying high end calls...but now I feel wood is better. I think the wood calls sound goosier and aren't as loud. I still carry acrylic calls with me if needed but prefer the sound of wood...hedge to be exact.

Acrylic for me too....But the wood calls sure do put out a great sound!

Both calls have there place. I prefer both.

I started out buying all acrylics, but the last few calls I've gotten have all been wood.* I must admit, I've become quite attracted to it.

Its all preference. Personally I think they both have their place get them both on your lanyard.
