Feed Chatter

Having a little trouble getting a good souding feed chatter on my duck calls just wonder if you guys could give me a few pointers

say ticka ticka or somin like tuhhhh,flip yur tongue,if that dont help let me know

I always use dooga-dooga or ticka-ticka for feeding chuckle, you'll get really fast with it and usually throw in some single quacks for chatter, usually tic-tic-tic for a single cut (sounds like a machine gun). Start out easy, I think starting out if you are blowing too much air it is easy to get stuck. As you get it down and faster then you can start to get louder. I tell you what! My new Dead Meat double reed is the bomb for all the low end stuff, ie single cuts, feeding chuckle, chatter, etc. Great call!

another thing i have noticed myself about this feedin chuckle it was a lot harder to do on the legend then the tr and smm i still cant quite get it but im closer than i was this time last year. i use ticka ticka and as hoosier said tic tic tic for single cut.

the thing that helped me the most was starting with just saying "tick"

start by doing that and keep going with it....you will naturally start to get cleaner and faster then....go into the "tick-a tick-a tick-a tick"

tick tick tick tiiiccck tick tick tick tiiick the more you repeat it and get used to doing it, the more it will sound like tica tica tica quack. It also depends on whether or not you are going for contest calling or for hunting ducks. I think it is alot easier to fool ducks than it it is to fool judges. Once again just my $.02

Stick your tounge in your lower teeth.your using air from down low.gugugugugugugugugugugugugu,gaaguguguguguguugu. the gaa is your quacks.Stick with gagagagagagagag.
