You know how you and your buddies get to talking about things you would like to hunt that you have never had a chance to? When you have a no shoot, no pay policy it solves a lot of problems. Thankfully I have never had a party where that had to be put into effect though

JJ bud you can shake it now clearly your the better hunter ..if I were you I wouldn't hunt anymore it doesn't sound like your having fun no kill no pay also equates to your customers not comin back to hunt with you due to your lack of hunting skills or ability to put birds in their face ..... so furthermore if this policy is in affect ...
