Be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. Send it to us by way of USPS, UPS or Fedex to be sure to have a tracking number. If you have owned your call (purchased new) for more than 1 year, the fee is $15. We will tune as many calls you own for that price if you want to send them in at the same time. Retunes are free for the first year. We normally ship retuned calls out the day after we receive them.
